Jessica Ekong is a seasoned HR executive and the CEO and founder of MindShift Coaching Group, LLC. With almost 25 years (or 2 decades) of Fortune 100 experience, including roles at Providence St. Joseph Health, Nike, Amazon, and Target, Jessica specializes in transforming organizations through strategic HR initiatives and executive coaching. As CHRO of Growth at Providence St. Joseph Health, she drives talent strategies that accelerate business goals. Jessica's direct, clear communication style and practical solutions set her apart in the consulting world. A Deloitte Next Gen CHRO Academy alumna and board member of The Design Museum, Jessica holds degrees from Eastern Michigan University and Pepperdine University. Based in Los Angeles, she continues to be a catalyst for organizational change and leadership development.
